PulsePoint automatically syncs with Apple Watch through HealthKit. Make sure PulsePoint has permission to read heart rate data in Settings > Health > Data Access & Devices.
Heart Rate Variability (HRV) measures the variation in time between heartbeats. Higher HRV generally indicates better cardiovascular fitness and recovery. PulsePoint tracks both SDNN and RMSSD metrics.
Your daily recovery score (0-100) is based on resting heart rate, HRV trends, and sleep quality data from HealthKit. A higher score means your body is better recovered and ready for activity.
